Our team of well trained and certified engineers are always abreast with the latest technology through regular trainings from leading industry providers such as Toshiba. It is through such training that we maintain efficiency and reliability in the different fields of customer care, technical sales, service, repair, and maintenance.
Diagnose and Repair
(Physical & Remote)
Ultra-Uganda performs diagnosis of faulty printers/ photocopiers and repairs them. We ensure to respond quickly. We also do remote diagnosis and repair to our customers who contact us remotely either on technical office line or on WhatsApp, Messenger (social media), this is because of the ease of technology today.
Service and maintenance

Maintenance)
Our technical team does routine service and maintenance for all installed hardware. This is called preventive maintenance in technical terms. Our aim of Preventive Maintenance is to prevent complete breakdown of machines especially during core working hours and enhance reliability of our installed devices but also to earn more confidence and trust from customers.
Machine Operator Trainings
(Operations & Safety)
Our technical team does device trainings to machine users and operators is the area of operation and safe working practice. This is done to ensure that operators and users do have sufficient knowledge on use of the machine and that they do not lead to non-functionality state of the device
